Can anyone read my sealed keepsakes early?

No. A sealed keepsake is locked until its day. Nobody can open it early, not even us. Within 24 hours of sealing, you can still undo.

What if my child doesn’t have the app?

They don’t need it. On the day, they get an email and open the full reveal in any browser.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your keepsakes stay, and they still open on their day.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, encrypted and backed up daily.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Request a full export any time from your profile.

Which languages?
